BT, let me be me.

This morning I dropped my hair dryer out of sheer boredom with my very existence.

I've always appreciated Armando Ianucci's thoughts on how we respond when people ask us what we do. We're not our jobs or our ambitions, we're a collection of activities, phrases, and the shit we have to put up with every day.

90% of what we "do" is stuff we wouldn't want to shout about, but what about when what you "do" isn't only what you shouldn't, but what you have no desire to do in the first place?

My name is Nick, and I ghost through my days without the proper connectivity waiting for a major telecoms company to stop dicking me around and plug me back in. What depravity or banality I get up to when I get there, is open for reflection.

Nick
